Wheels India's board approved FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹5,464.94 Cr and Net Profit at ₹158.05 Cr. EPS stood at ₹63.44. The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹9.14 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
