Wheels India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2026: Record Date

Wheels India's board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 9.14 per equity share (91.4%) for FY 2025-2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. To be eligible for this payout, investors must hold shares by the record date of June 24, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before June 30, 2026. Share transfer books will be closed from June 25 to July 1, 2026, for the dividend and AGM.
