VST Tillers Tractors' board has approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 revenue hit ₹994.55 Cr, profit ₹104.72 Cr. A final dividend of ₹25 per share was also approved. Dr. Nandakumar Jairam's re-appointment as Independent Director was greenlit, pending shareholder vote.
