VST Tillers & Tractors (VSTL) reports a robust FY26!

The company hit its highest-ever turnover of Rs 1240 Cr, up 25% YoY from Rs 994 Cr. Q4 revenue also rose 9% to Rs 328 Cr. VSTL saw record Power Tiller sales (50,332 units, +34.9% YoY) and strong growth in Power Weeders (+52.1% YoY to 11,346 units). Domestic tractor volumes climbed 18.6%.

Growth was fueled by strong demand across core products, boosted by new launches like the FENTM Black and Red Weeder models. VSTL also actively participated in industry exhibitions and inked an MOU with Kerala Agricultural University (KAU).

Financially, FY26 Profit After Tax (excl. fair value) surged 61% to Rs 113 Cr. Operating EBITDA grew 49% to Rs 165.9 Cr, and cash from operations jumped to Rs 132 Cr. No explicit management outlook was provided in the presentation.
