MAC Hotels corrected an error in its preferential issue outcome, reclassifying 22 warrant allottees from 'Promoter Group' to 'Non-Promoter'. This clarification provides shareholders better insight into the composition of warrant holders. The company's board previously approved allotting 7.25 lakh equity shares worth Rs 3.26 Cr and 45.92 lakh fully convertible warrants totaling Rs 20.66 Cr. An initial Rs 5.17 Cr was received for these warrants. The capital raise increases the company's paid-up equity to Rs 6.36 Cr.
