Yunik Managing Advisors Ltd — Important, 15-05-2026: Company Update

The company's Board has approved the relocation of its books of accounts. The financial results for the latest quarter show a net loss of 0.06 Cr, with the full year ending March reporting a net loss of 0.25 Cr. The Board has also appointed M/s. SVP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. Sushil Vyas & Associates as Internal Auditor for the upcoming year. Additionally, two new Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Maskara and Mr. Kalpesh Virji Dedhiya, were appointed to the Board, subject to shareholder approval.
