Yunik Managing Advisors' board has approved moving the company's books of accounts to a new Mumbai address. The audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year showed a net loss of 0.059 Cr for the quarter and 0.2541 Cr for the year. Key governance changes include the appointment of M/s. SVP & ASSOCIATES as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s. Sushil Vyas & Associates as Internal Auditor for the current year. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Maskara and Mr. Kalpesh Virji Dedhiya joined as Additional Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
