Wheels India board approved audited financial results for the quarter and year. Full-year consolidated revenue jumped 15.2% to 5,464.94 Cr, with net profit surging 40.9% to 158.05 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 9.14 per share was proposed, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
