Hindustan Copper's Board approved consolidated Q4 & FY26 results. It proposed a ₹1.86/share final dividend, bringing the total FY26 dividend to ₹2.86/share. Additionally, plans for raising up to ₹500 Cr via NCDs and equity through QIP for capex were cleared, pending shareholder approval.
