Premier Energies' Board approved consolidated FY26 revenue of ₹7,824.37 Cr and profit of ₹1,509.69 Cr. Q4 revenue was ₹2,230.30 Cr and profit ₹456.84 Cr. They also approved fundraising up to ₹5,000 Cr via QIP, appointed a new Company Secretary, and re-appointed statutory and internal auditors.
