Bajaj Electricals' board approved consolidated Q4 & FY26 results, reporting a loss of ₹51.94 Cr and ₹88.98 Cr respectively. A final dividend of ₹3.00/share was declared. The company will seek shareholder approval to raise up to ₹500 Cr and appointed Ashween Anand as new CFO.
