Arihant Superstructures' Board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. A final dividend of Re 0.25/share (2.5%) was proposed. Parth Chhajer and Bhavik Chhajer were appointed Joint MDs for five years. A land sale to a subsidiary was also approved.
