Arihant Superstructures approved financial results for the quarter and financial year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share, with promoters waiving theirs. Parth Chhajer and Bhavik Chhajer were appointed Joint Managing Directors. The company will continue with Adroit Corporate Services as its RTA.
