Somany Ceramics approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results. FY26 net profit: ₹74.07 Cr, revenue: ₹2,770.51 Cr. Board proposed a final dividend of ₹2/share. Also approved up to ₹8 Cr investment in associate Vintage Tiles & appointed Grant Thornton as internal auditor.
