Arihant Superstructures approved audited financial results for the quarter and financial year. It proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.25/share, with promoters waiving theirs. Parth and Bhavik Chhajer were appointed Joint Managing Directors. A land sale to a subsidiary was also approved.
