Cravatex Ltd — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2026: Corp. Action

Cravatex's board approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, with an unmodified audit opinion. The board also proposed a final dividend of Rs. 13 per share for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 74th Annual General Meeting. This meeting is scheduled for 31st July, 2026. Share transfer books will close from 25th July to 31st July, 2026, to determine eligibility for the dividend and the AGM. Additionally, M/s Hemanshu Kapadia & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27.
