The board has approved the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified auditor's opinion. A final dividend of Rs. 13 per share has been proposed, pending shareholder approval at the 74th Annual General Meeting. This AGM is scheduled for July 31, 2026, via video conferencing. Share transfer books will be closed from July 25-31 for AGM purposes and dividend eligibility. Additionally, M/s Hemanshu Kapadia & Associates have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
