Nykaa's Board has approved the re-appointment of Adwaita Nayar and Anchit Nayar as Whole-Time Directors for 5 years. Anita Ramachandran and Milind Sarwate were also re-appointed as Independent Directors for a second 5-year term. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
