Tata Steel delivered robust FY26 results: Consolidated revenue **Rs 2,32,140 Cr** and EBITDA surged **35% YoY to Rs 34,848 Cr**. Profit after Tax (PAT) reached **Rs 10,886 Cr**. India operations were a key driver with record crude steel production and deliveries, contributing **Rs 1,40,302 Cr** revenue and **Rs 34,272 Cr** EBITDA (+17% YoY). Netherlands' EBITDA nearly tripled to **~Rs 244 Cr** (on revenues of ~Rs 5,518 Cr), and UK's EBITDA loss almost halved to **~Rs 233 Cr** (on revenues of ~Rs 2,123 Cr). Growth drivers include a new **0.75 MTPA Electric Arc Furnace** commissioned at Ludhiana (**Rs 3,200 Cr** investment) and proposed NINL expansions. The company is strengthening downstream portfolios. Digital platforms saw significant growth with **Rs 8,495 Cr** Gross Merchandise Value. Cost transformation delivered **Rs 10,868 Cr** in savings.
Net debt declined **Rs 2,285 Cr** to **Rs 80,144 Cr**, improving Net Debt to EBITDA to **2.3x**. Capital expenditure for the year was **Rs 14,026 Cr**. The Board has declared a dividend of **Rs 4/- per share**. Management noted geo-economic uncertainty and Netherlands' regulatory issues, but remains focused on operational resilience and cost optimization.
