Pranik Logistics' board approved audited standalone results for Q4, H1 & FY26. Full-year Revenue: 9.40 Cr, PBT: 6.44 Cr. The Board also approved re-appointing Abhijit Majumder as Internal Auditor and will seek shareholder approval to diversify into manpower/staffing services.
