UGRO Capital issued 200 unlisted Commercial Papers (CPs) at Rs. 4.85 Lakh each, raising ~9.71 Cr. These CPs have a face value of Rs. 5 Lakh and will redeem for 10 Cr. This represents a short-term fund infusion.
