Pranik Logistics approved audited FY26 financial results: profit of 9.40 Cr on 9.40 Cr revenue (EPS 8.54). Board plans to diversify into manpower supply & staffing (shareholder approval pending) and re-appointed Mr. Abhijit Majumder as Internal Auditor.
