Symphony Ltd. initiated a major Australia business reset, booking ~₹298 Cr standalone and ~₹259 Cr consolidated impairments due to underperformance. It acquired Australian IP for ~₹23 Cr and profitable Bonaire USA for ~₹30 Cr from its Australian subsidiary, consolidating assets and reducing group debt. No further capital allocation planned for Australia.
