Cochin Shipyard Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 15-05-2026: Dividend

Cochin Shipyard has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a revenue of approximately Rs. 5021.87 crore for the year, up from Rs. 4819.96 crore last year. Full-year profit, however, declined to about Rs. 716.74 crore from Rs. 827.33 crore. The Board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 5). This dividend is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the payout is expected within 30 days from the AGM declaration date, offering a direct return to shareholders.
