Arvind's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results. A final dividend of ₹4.50/share was proposed. They also approved MOA changes to expand into business transformation services. A subsidiary acquired 60.635% of Dalco-GFT for ~$85.42 Mn (~₹713 Cr).
