Cochin Shipyard's board has approved its Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results. FY26 profit reached ₹716.74 Cr on ₹5431.69 Cr revenue, with Q4 profit at ₹276.48 Cr. A final dividend of ₹1.5 per share was also proposed.
