SHK's Board approved FY26 consolidated financial results: revenue up to ₹2,368 Cr, but profit at ₹69.26 Cr (Q4 profit: ₹1.80 Cr). The 70th AGM is on July 31. B S R & Co. LLP will be new Statutory Auditors for 5 years (subject to shareholder nod), replacing Deloitte.
