CFL's Board approved a preferential issue of 47.17 lakh shares at ₹51.50 each. It plans to acquire 51% of Procasts Engg (~₹12 Cr) & 75% of Solven Power (~₹2 Cr), and is opening a new IT division, pending shareholder approval.
