Kalamandir's FY26 net profit grew to 140.92 Cr on 1,653.67 Cr revenue. A final dividend of Rs. 1.50/share was declared. Mr. Bharadwaj Rachamadugu (MD's son-in-law) was appointed CEO, and Ms. Sridevi Dasari joined as an Independent Director.
