Fusion Finance's Board approved FY26 financial results, reporting a ₹76.78 Cr loss. MD & CEO Sanjay Garyali's re-appointment was approved. 10 lakh ESOP shares were issued. ₹403.44 Cr from the rights issue remains unutilized. The company is also addressing financial covenant breaches.
