NHPC Limited — Board Meeting, 15-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

NHPC's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company proposed a final dividend of ₹0.21 per share, in addition to the ₹1.40 interim dividend already paid. NHPC also plans to raise up to ₹2,000 Cr through bonds.
