Ashika Credit Capital Ltd — Important, 15-05-2026: Company Update

Ashika Credit Capital's amalgamation scheme has become effective, merging Ashika Commodities & Derivatives and Ashika Global Securities into Ashika Credit Capital. A record date of May 27, 2026, is set for eligible Ashika Global Securities shareholders to receive 6,726 Ashika Credit Capital shares for every 10,000 shares held, involving approximately 4.035 crore new shares. Additionally, 1.135 crore cross-held shares of Ashika Credit Capital are cancelled. The authorized share capital is now 141.40 crore, and the company plans to change its name to Ashika Global Securities Limited, integrating all prior subsidiaries.
