Welspun Living's board approved a Re. 0.10 per share dividend. Shareholders on record date July 10, 2026, will be eligible for this payout. Additionally, the board approved a share buyback of up to 1.44 crore shares at Rs. 175 each, totaling Rs. 252 crore. Shareholders as of May 22, 2026, will be eligible to participate in the buyback offer.
