Abans Financial Services appointed Karan Heda as an Additional Non-Executive Director and Raghunathan Mudaliar as the new CFO, replacing Nirbhay Vassa. M/s. V C Shah & Co. were appointed Internal Auditors for FY26-27. The company also changed its Registered Office within Mumbai and re-organised senior management roles.
