Growth was fueled by strategic expansions and acquisitions. The company raised ~₹1,000 Cr equity via QIP, strengthening its balance sheet. Key moves include increasing stake in Unitronics (industrial automation) to 50.4%, and strengthening the Electronics division with acquisitions like Power-One and Shogini. Major facility expansions are underway for multi-layer PCBs in Hosur and HDI PCBs in Jewar, alongside a new railway sub-systems plant. The Electronics division is projected for ~40% revenue growth in FY27, and Railway Sub-systems expects 30-35% growth, backed by a strong ₹2,600+ Cr order book.
