KIMS Hospitals reported strong FY26 operating revenue of Rs 3,904.6 Cr, up 28.6% YoY, driven by 15.4% inpatient and 25.4% outpatient volume growth. ARPOB rose 14% to Rs 44,644. Despite revenue growth, PAT declined 41.7% to Rs 242 Cr, and EBITDA saw modest 1.6% growth to Rs 828.2 Cr. Telangana (57%) and Andhra Pradesh (24.2%) were key revenue drivers. Basic EPS was Rs 6.03, down 37.3% YoY.

Future growth levers include adding over 1,300 beds via new projects, acquisitions, and O&M models, focusing on affordable care and advanced medical tech, supported by strategic doctor partnerships. In Q4 FY26, KIMS inaugurated Thane Hospital, began O&M at Guntur Chakra, and introduced new robotic systems in Nagpur, Kannur, and MRGFUS in Secunderabad. Management aims for KIMS to be a preferred healthcare provider, with these strategies driving its next expansion phase.
