16-05-2026 · 03:02 pm
Kamat Hotels reported robust Q4 financial results: revenue climbed 19% to INR 110 Cr, EBITDA rose to INR 32 Cr (29% margin), and PAT jumped 59% to INR 18 Cr. Full-year revenue stood at INR 386 Cr. Management is cautiously optimistic, driven by strong domestic demand for weddings and MICE. IRA Mumbai's discontinuation means ~INR 50 Cr less revenue but a INR 1-2 Cr EBITDA gain. Increased labor costs from new wage codes and hotel additions are expected to be absorbed as recently opened properties mature. The company added ~260 keys in FY26 and plans 150-200 more for FY27. Milind Wadekar, a seasoned CFO, joined to enhance systems and cost efficiency.
