IDBI Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

IDBI Bank's board approved issuing Long Term Rupee Bonds up to ₹10,000 Cr for infrastructure and affordable housing finance. These bonds will be raised through private placement in tranches by March 31, 2027.
