Rishiroop Ltd — Important, 16-05-2026: Company Update

Bishiroop Ltd. has renewed its office space lease for 11 months with promoter group entity Rishiroop Polymers Private Limited. The company will continue to occupy 1000 sq. ft. of office space at a monthly rent of Rs. 2.5 lakh (exclusive of GST). This related party transaction, approved by the Board as an arm's length deal, ensures continued operational presence from its Mumbai office.
