Mangalam Cement board approved standalone FY26 & Q4 financial results: Q4 Net Profit at ₹65.23 Cr (₹23.72 EPS), FY26 Net Profit at ₹128.95 Cr (₹46.90 EPS). Proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50/share. AGM on Aug 21. Shri Pankaj Kumar appointed Joint President (Operations).
