HIRECT's board re-appointed MD Suramya Nevatia & revised ED Akshada Nevatia's terms. They'll issue 10.86 lakh shares to Tata MF for ₹100 Cr. Also approved 75,291 ESOPs at ₹470 each & appointed Suhas Pawar as CS. Shareholder approvals pending via postal ballot.
