HIRECT board re-appointed MD Suramya Nevatia and revised ED Akshada Nevatia's pay. Suhas Pawar was appointed as Company Secretary. The board approved 75,291 ESOPs at ₹470 each. They also approved a preferential issue of shares worth ₹100 Cr to Tata Mutual Fund.
