Sahaj Solar Limited — JV/Acquisition, 16-05-2026: Acquisition

Sahaj Solar is expanding its global footprint! The company has approved an investment of up to AED 2,00,000 (approx. ₹0.52 Cr) into its wholly-owned UAE subsidiary, Sahaj Renewable Energy Trading – FZCO. This capital will enable the subsidiary to form a 50:50 joint venture with a strategic partner in Dubai. This new JV aims to develop a substantial 750 MW manufacturing/project facility, significantly boosting Sahaj Solar's presence in the lucrative Middle East renewable energy market.
