Acquirers Ashu Bishnoi and Yagnik Tank have revised their open offer for Krishna Capital and Securities Limited, substantially increasing the offer size. They now seek to acquire up to 83.04 lakh equity shares, representing 25.04% of the company's emerging voting share capital, at an offer price of ₹20 per share. The maximum consideration for this offer is now ₹16.61 Cr, with an escrow amount of ₹4.16 Cr deposited. With this revision, the acquirers target a 100% post-offer shareholding, subject to full acceptance.
