Uno Minda's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. They proposed a Rs 1.75/share final dividend and will seek shareholder nod to raise up to Rs 2500 Cr. Major EV push: approved a Rs 550 Cr 4W-EV Powertrain project and Rs 20 Cr investment in EV subsidiary.
