KEC International's Board approved FY26 consolidated results: Revenue Rs 23,505 Cr, PAT Rs 605 Cr, EPS Rs 22.75. The board proposed Rs 5.50/share dividend. Also approved a subsidiary merger and a strategic stake sale in another subsidiary to KEC Towers LLC.
