Dodla Dairy delivered a robust FY26 with revenue hitting ₹4,125.2 Cr, marking an 10.9% YoY increase, and PAT growing 2.7% YoY to ₹267 Cr. Q4 FY26 revenue surged 18.1% YoY to ₹1,074.5 Cr, with PAT at ₹69.8 Cr. Strong volume growth in milk procurement (+13.4%) and sales (+19.5%) boosted performance. The Africa business saw impressive 48% YoY revenue growth and a record ₹18.4 Cr EBITDA, though overall margins were pressured by high procurement costs.

The company is strategically focused on long-term expansion, planning a new integrated dairy plant in Maharashtra (₹280 Cr capex) and a greenfield facility in Uganda (₹60 Cr investment). Key initiatives include replicating its successful model in Eastern India and growing its value-added product portfolio.

Recent developments include the acquisition of OSAM Dairy for ₹247.2 Cr, civil work progressing for the Maharashtra plant, and land secured for the Uganda greenfield project. Dodla also launched a new retail parlour in Patna.

For FY26, the company recorded an EBITDA margin of 7.5% and a PAT margin of 6.5%. Dodla Dairy maintains a strong net debt-free balance sheet with a healthy ROCE of 16.0%.

Management noted resilient performance amidst tough conditions, expecting improving milk supply, potential stabilization of procurement prices, and opportunities to pass on costs, signaling continued long-term growth through strategic expansions.
