Oseaspre Consultants Limited has released its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a net loss of ₹0.06 Cr for the quarter and ₹0.18 Cr for the full year. Despite this, a significant Other Comprehensive Income of ₹1.61 Cr led to a total comprehensive income of ₹1.54 Cr for the quarter and ₹1.42 Cr for the year. This also boosted Other Equity to ₹1.92 Cr. The Board has also proposed a dividend of ₹87 per equity share.
