ACCL's Board approved quarter & year financial results and a Re. 0.50/share dividend. It plans to acquire Ashika Capital making it a WOS (~₹22 Cr), and transferred mutual fund sponsorship to a unit. Auditors changed due to RBI rules. A ₹80 Cr subsidiary plan was scrapped.
