Western Carriers saw FY26 revenue grow 6% YoY to ₹1,829 Cr, while Q4FY26 revenue increased 15.7% YoY to ₹495.7 Cr. However, full-year PAT declined 40.4% to ₹39 Cr and Q4 PAT fell 41.3% to ₹8.3 Cr, reflecting margin pressure. Metals contributed 52% to FY26 revenue.

The company's strategy focuses on simplifying complex supply chains, delivering customized multi-modal logistics solutions, and optimizing the value chain. Key growth drivers include deepening customer relationships, expanding geographically, and enhancing technological capabilities for real-time tracking and efficiency.

Recent wins include major multimodal logistics contracts from a large aluminium company and Vedanta Ltd. The company is asset-light, utilizing leased infrastructure and strategic owned assets to offer scalable end-to-end solutions.

For the full year, EPS was ₹3.81. Management aims to improve integration, asset utilization, and pursue selective inorganic growth, alongside investing in new software and equipment to boost cost efficiency and service.
